  25. This is a brief pointer to where one can find the latest South
  26. Scanner Satellite Services Chart version 2 number 9 (dated
  27. October 17, 1993).

  29. The South Scanner Satellite Services Chart is a listing of the
  30. North American television satellites with the audio and video
  31. services that a home dish owner can receive from them.  The chart
  32. is free to use and may be distributed to other places following
  33. the "no-nonsense" distribution policy found in the chart.  Also
  34. included are Atlantic and Pacific satellites that some people in
  35. North America can receive.

  37. The chart can be found in the rec.video.satellite newsgroup (or
  38. the HOMESAT mailing list) on the date of release.

  40. It is also available from FTP at: oak.oakland.edu or former Simtel20
  41. archive mirrors.  Check the /msdos/satellite directory for it.
  42. The file name is SSV2N9.ZIP.

  45. directly for it.  In return, you will get a UUENCODED, ZIPped
  46. chart.

  48. The .ZIP file used with the South Scanner chart is compatible
  49. with PKUNZIP v2.04g.  Unzip equivalents for other platforms
  50. should able to be easily found.
